Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Nature is under threat and it is our duty, as individuals and as companies, to be the best possible stewards of our planet. The Nature of Things is committed to play its role. The best way we can do this is through our commitment to sustainable sourcing.
Sourcing
With over 20 years experience in the world of essential oils, working directly for two of the most renowned distillers, we have built a vast network of essential oil suppliers, people we trust for their quality, fair practices and respect for their environment.
Our Lavender Oil is distilled in the South of France by a cooperative of local farmers involved mostly in growing aromatic herbs.
Please visit our 'sourcing stories' to learn more about these amazing botanicals and the people behind the oils.
Carbon Footprint
Once distilled, the oil is shipped to our workshop in Dublin, Ireland where it is bottled in house in 12ml bottles. This lavender oil is also used in other products including blends.
